Family fun in Crownsville, MD, the weekend of October 6th

Crownsville, MD: Anne Arundel County Fair will host an Antique Tractor Pull on October 6th. This annual event is family-friendly event that is filled with noise, competition, and nostalgia. Admission is $5.00. The Anne Arundel County Tractor Club will present some of the area’s most beautiful antique tractors. More information is available at Tractor pulls will be held during the Fall Craft Festival at the Anne Arundel County Fairgrounds.

“This is an event that every member of the family will have fun at. The antique tractor pull is exciting and safe for children,” said John Kozenski, Jr. “Hosting this event during the Craft Show is a great way to make a full day’s outing for the entire family.”

The Craft Show will take place on October 6 & 7, 2018. Crafts from hundreds of crafters and party plan vendors will be on display. These display include jewelry, flower arrangements, ceramics, wood crafts, photography, leather crafts, clothing, and much more. Food and snacks are available all day including some favorite fair foods.

The Antique Tractor Pull will feature tractors that were built nearly 100 years ago. They many of these tractors were updated with stock parts and look like they did the day they were delivered to a farm.

A rain date is scheduled for October 7th at 12:00 pm if needed.

About Anne Arundel County Fair: The Anne Arundel County Fair was first held in 1953 at the initiative of Mrs. Lee of Annapolis. That first fair included farm animals, produce, a horse pulling context, rides, and games. Over the last 65 years, the fair has grown into a cherished annual event.
