Our Junior Board is made up of young volunteers, from ages 11 to 19.

We meet the first Thursday of every month at 7:00pm. Meetings run until 8 – 8:30pm.

The Junior Board was formed to give our youth a platform to do projects to improve, show case and provide valuable volunteer services for the Anne Arundel County Fair. It is informal and fun way to teach them the basics of the fair organization.

The Junior Board has many accomplishments under their belts. They have made A-framed signs. Painted and repaired sections of our buildings. Made screens for barrels, built steps for our trailers. Their biggest completed project is the new Front Ticket Booth. They are currently working on a new Flag Pole for our Track area.

They volunteer at our Fair Sponsored Events: Flea Markets / Craft Shows / Demolition Derby / Halloween Happening and at our Fair.
